The aspect of the multiteam deal that interests me most is its contribution to the improvement of the Heat. They are getting stacked. Shaq resigned. Eddie Jones traded. But J-Will, James Posey, Antoine Walker, coming in. This could be a sick lineup. You got Shaq at the 5. Mourning backing him up. Udonis at the 4 with Laettner backing. Toine at the 3 and Wade moved back to the 2 with a talented Posey backing them up. JWill at the 1 and Damon Jones backing him and Wade up. NASTY team. It will be interesting to see how the Heat, Pistons, Pacers, and to a lesser extent the Nets duke it out next year.
